All levels are welcome in this Barre Above class. The ballet-barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training, combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. Incorporates a variety of small props for added benefit. This class will lift, lengthen, and tone your entire body. Full class routine includes warm-up, dynamic stretching, strength training and Cardio segments.
Gentle Flow Yoga
Level 1, Gentle | $20 Drop-In
This gentle Flow class utilizes postures and breathing techniques to offer a range of health benefits as it encompasses all areas of body, mind and soul. Gentle, continuous movements, from one pose to another, gives you an added cardiovascular benefit. Routinely practicing this form of yoga can increase muscle strength, endurance and flexibility, and reduce levels of stress.
Pilates Mat + Fitness
All Levels | 55 mins | $20 Drop-In
Traditional mat routines suitable for all levels of Pilates and Fitness experience. Movements are designed to work your whole body utilizing body resistance, and focus on balance, core strength and stability. Balls, bands, arcs, rollers and orbits are used for assistance, and added challenges, at times.
