Pilates/Barre Bootcamp!

All Levels | 75 mins

All levels are welcome in this Pilates/ Barre Bootcamp class. Every fitness level is welcome in this sweat dripping, heart pumping, HIIT format class, and all moves can be modified.

Challenging full body integration exercises will stimulate the entire core with Cardio work, lower body weights and Barre style sculpting moves to tighten and tone those hard to reach places, upper body strength work to tighten and tone those sexy arms and back, finishing with a BONUS 15 minutes of Pilates ab and glute sculpting moves (not required to stay for bonus mat work).

Shoes are strongly recommended for jumping and stable lower body workouts.

Moving at very deliberate pace with our Pilates form in mind, you'll leave this class feeling like you just did something you didn't think you could do and have a great time doing it!


Gentle Flow Yoga

All Levels | 75 mins

This gentle Flow class utilizes postures and breathing techniques to offer a range of health benefits as it encompasses all areas of body, mind and soul. Gentle, continuous movements, from one pose to another, gives you an added cardiovascular benefit. Routinely practicing this form of yoga can increase muscle strength, endurance and flexibility, and reduce levels of stress.


Pilates Fit

All Levels | 55 mins

Traditional mat routines suitable for all levels of Pilates and Fitness experience. Movements are designed to work your whole body utilizing body resistance, and focus on balance, core strength and stability. Balls, bands, arcs, rollers and orbits are used for assistance, and added challenges, at times.
