A fun and challenging class adding Springboard, Arc/Spine Corrector, Jumpboard, and Mat routines into our traditional Reformer class. Combine the support and resistance of springs with the precise, dynamic movements required on the Mat. Props are often used to achieve desired results building and toning muscles. The result is a flowing, energizing and mindful workout.

An exhilarating workout fusing cardio, strength and balance, suitable for all levels of Pilates experience. Versatile routines using traditional Pilates apparatus and props such as arcs, rollers, flex rings, orbits and fitness balls. In this class we focus on balance and developing your long, lean muscles. Concludes with deep stretching and self release to relax and refresh.
Men’s Pilates

Our men’s class focuses on strength and stability Reformer exercises. We emphasize Pilates fundamentals to help you become in tune with your breath for maximum core engagement. Basic form and core principles ~ pelvic and spine stability, flexibility, ease of motion in the joints ~ help develop an understanding of full body integration. Props are often used to achieve desired results building and toning muscles.
